Washington DC/New York–June 05, 2016
It looks like it was “eagle day” as I left Union Station to go to New York.
Some views from the train, including one graffitto by Dan Quayle.
Here is the exterior of the hotel; it is near Flushing Ave. and Broadway in Brooklyn, for those of you who are familiar with New York City.
As I was wandering about the area near the hotel, I encountered a small parade celebrating something having to do with Puerto Rico. There were some vintage bicycles and cars on display as well.
More graffitti and some really nice wall art in the area:
Signage, etc.
The first image is a sticker I saw on a wall; didn’t belong in any other category. The last image is just creepy.
