If you go to the trendy Myeong-dong area, make sure you have either a good map or an excellent sense of direction. This area is filled with shops all laid out in a grid, and they all look about the same. In the evening, your senses are assaulted by the neon and the sound blasting out of the stores in an attempt to welcome you in.
