For those of you who read a little bit of Korean, you may be surprised that a syllable that's usually pronounced “ro”
is pronounced here as “no” -- this is just one of those oddities of Korean pronunciation. No matter how it's spelled, Chong-no is a fairly trendy area in the north central area of downtown.
