Greek Tutorial Changes
Back to Greek index
21 Jan 2022
When this tutorial was originally written, I could not presume that anyone had a Greek font,
Unicode support was not guaranteed, and JavaScript keyboard handling was not something I could entirely
rely on across browsers.
That meant I had to allow people to enter Greek by clicking
the picture of a keyboard.
Things have changed in the past 12 years (massive understatement; I know), and I have modified
the code to allow typing only, a better keyboard diagram, updated JavaScript, and using native
fonts to display Greek characters.
