This was the first business day of the new bus replacement for the streetcars. This article 🇦🇹 has the headline “No Chaos, but considerable lateness - so begins the rail replacement service”. I’m glad I took my bicycle to the gym.

I will take my camera tomorrow and get pictures of the main areas that are under construction. This is probably not extremely interesting to you, but it’s a big deal here.

In other news, I got a text from XXXLutz saying they would be at my place on the 28th to install the lighting. I had already told them I would be out of town, and I spent a fair amount of time on the phone with them. They said they would call back in a half hour, but they didn’t, and when I called again at 4:15 p.m. the person who handled it was out of the office for the day.

Yesterday I got a set of advertisements in the mail. It’s called „Das Kuvert“ (The Envelope).

No, NFTs are not dead, at least for the Austrian postal service. Apparently each physical stamp comes with a QR code that leads to a digital image (NFT). Only 21,80€ each. Such a deal!
