This letter, щ, has no counterpart in English.
Technically, you pronounce this as the “sh-ch” in “fresh cheese” with no break in between. Producing this sound in isolation is not very easy and not very useful. The only way to hear щ is to hear words that contain it, like:
If you can't pronounce this, just use a simple “sh” as in “sheep.” It's not entirely accurate, but you will be understood.
